Balance is due one week prior to the event, or on date of release for funerals.
If you pay the full amount upfront, this will save us time.
We accept VISA/MASTERCARD, Paypal, checks, and money orders.

Simply fill the printed form out, (Please sign the form), and either fax or mail the form back to the United Doves Location listed, along with partial or full payment.
Upon receipt of your Order Form and Payment, we will then notify you that your event is booked and reserved on our calendar.
